Legit? KD 4 (IV) - Year of the Dragon

I am looking for feedback on this pair of KD 4 YOTD's.  Are they legit?  Not exactly sure what to look for on these.  The box tag (peeling) raises an eyebrow...

Also, what would be a good DS price to pay?
