and if any1knows, how can I clean the sides of the shoe to get rid of the yellowing?

-Natural cracking on mid sole

You can get rid of the yellowing on the soles with sea glow

That will get rid of the yellowing on the side of the shoe or just the bottom of the shoe?

If you use it correctly it will soak up into the whole of the clear plastic, check the 1st page of the maintenance thread for instructions on seaglowing
