Legit & price check on used LeBron 8 South Beach

I don't know too much about LeBrons so hopefully someone here can help determine if these are legit and what price they might be worth. They are used. Weird pics seller sent me not showing complete areas

what size?

right now DS SB 8 goes around 800 -1K

Size 12- Guy wants $565 so maybe that's a bit high for used. He claims 3 wears but that looks like many more to me than only three

I tried, he doesn't want to budge on his price. I think $500 is a fair offer though since he didn't have to pay ebay, paypal or shipping. So I will pass on them unless he changes mind
