as for tonight, don't care for all the made shots because tomorrow will be difficult, just love the intensity on both ends, they went after it and they played like they wanted to win the game.... that's is all I ask for as a fan, play HARD.

Agreed.
Breen wants the Knicks to win, of course he does but he's never scared to say it how it is. JR Smith does act a fool, he is a goon, and he's not the greatest teammate. Thats all true. Many of you are so hype over JR's antics but which winning team in the league has ever had a player (especially off the bench) acting the way he does? It's unprofessional

Besides that, I'm happy with out defense and effort tonight, it has seemed to turn around since D'Antoni. As for the offense nothing really seems to have changed to me. I wanted Melo to post up more but he still took way too many 3's and bad shots in the first half. Everyone is shooting too many three's; it's great when their going in but you live and die by the three. I want consistency.

Pacers are pissed, I'm sure they are going to come in focused tomorrow, we need to be ready.

Ball movement was flowing tonight.  It seemed like in most possessions everyone touched the ball.  When the Knicks play like a team instead of relying on one person their pretty much unpredictable and dangerous.  In the two games under Woodson they've been playing with more urgency on the defensive end.  They double a lot and rotate a lot quicker then before.  I really hope this continues because this is how they should of been playing all along.

Werd... this is all i really want from the knicks really is to play with effort... what i mean is give it their all whether they are a role player or all star i want melo or fields to dive for lose balls and play defense and they did that tonight... nobody played great tonight but it was a team effort as far as scoring and playing defense and thats all i can ask for... the offense in general look good... nothing was wasted and there wasn't a lot of turnovers... a couple good things about woodson is he knows his defensive schemes and also knows how to make plays in the half court which dantoni sucked terribly at.... dantoni just knew how to make plays for the guys to shoot 3s and play transition ball but sucked in the halfcourt... this team now with woodson makes plays in the half court by cutting hard to the basket having ball movement and hitting the open guy versus dantoni just relying on the point guard to do everything and the reason for mad turnovers... you can tell lin looks more comfortable and also the team too as far as playing with chemistry and being more effective and having less turnovers....

It's funny that all along, this is what was supposed to be D'Antoni's "system." Idk what has changed, if anything. It really looks like dudes were doing some serious trolling because Amar'e looks like he's actually trying now.

Besides that, I like the fact that Woodson got into JR's face & told him off. I still think we can make an upgrade at the PG position. Safe to say Deron is a pipe dream within a pipe dream?

Al Iannazzone: Baron Davis called his hamstring injury "just a minor setback." He said he "should be all right in a couple of days."http://twitter.com/Al_Iannazzone/statuses/180852391967596544

Marc Berman: Baron Davis won't make trip to Indiana but not ruling out Tuesday.
Al Iannazzone: The Knicks know the Pacers will be looking for payback tomorrow after tonight's blowout. But Amar'e Stoudemire said the Knicks didn't sweat much in this game they led by 32. "It's great for us because we got a lot of rest in the fourth quarter," Stoudemire said. "We're rested."
Marc Berman: Carmelo Anthony after Mike Woodson got to 2-0 following Indy shellacking. “I think with the change, we had to come together as a team. We’re locking in as a team and going after it on defense. It’s kind of fun playing on the defensive end. Where everyone has each other’s back. And this is over the last couple of days. We have everybody on the same page.’’
It's definitely on the starters to win the game for us tomorrow. They should not be tired at all.

Dudes really don't have anything to discuss when the team wins. We'd need something like Linsanity or Amar'e's 20+pts a game streak to get multiple pages after the game is done.

I think NY fans can't really function unless they have a season like the Giants or the one like we're having. A fandom of extremes.

Breen deadass hates us . When he's doing Heat games and their on that typical douchbaggery yelling at the refs and flexing after every dunk dude says nothing but scream at the top of his lungs how amazing they are. JR does one thing and he's *****ing and moaning like he was waiting for him to do anything same with Melo when he isolates one time . @!#$ Dude

man once baron davis takes over the starting position the knicks will be even more of a threat. hope davis injury isnt serious. dudes biggest problem is being in shape. if hes in shape he wont get injured so easily.

a team with two big stars need a vet point guard. if this was a team with a bunch of young good players lin would fit best.

a nice problem to have though. having 2 point guards who could both start.

are you trying to bother me?  its proven davis is too injury prone.  theyve won both of their games due to lin's ability to spread the floor.

This is the Bucks closing schedule. I can realistically see them losing 10+ maybe 13+ in this last stretch. We definitely have to beat them the 2 times we play them.

Goodass win last night.

Pacers gonna come for our neck tonight.

If we come out with the same intensity, we'll get the same result.

I'm excited to watch Knicks ball again.

Was at the game last night.

The build-up for Novak shots are crazy in the Garden. Anytime he touches the ball it's a collective inhale to burst out.

But the defense....

Marc Berman: On flight with Indy Star's esteemed beat guy @Mike Wells, who asked Granger about "very winnable games'' remark. Danny: "Next question."

Alan Hahn: Via @Tina Cervasio: Baron Davis says he thinks he'll be back Wednesday.

Jared Zwerling: Orlando's Ryan Anderson is 2nd (after Novak) since February 4. He's made 56 3-pointers, but at 39.2%. Novak's streak is really something.http://twitter.com/JaredZwerling/statuses/181065415651377154

Jared Zwerling: Since February 4 when Linsanity was born, Steve Novak has made 66 3-pointers and he's doing it at 49.6 percent. Basically 50%! Lincredible.
Alan Hahn: Woodson says he's trying to instill a playoff intensity now for #Knicks: “We are playing for something. We are trying to get back in the playoff picture. We are playing with more urgency now and that is important...When you play teams back-to-back you have to play it like a playoff game and I thought we responded tonight.
