Let's say you were given the power to control the Universe

and you could fix one thing......like diseases and what not......

but with that power, if you choose to fix one disease, another one has to stay permanently until the end of time.

which is something you would fix?

you can choose one from each category but remember the other has to stay

1. AIDS or Cancer (all types)

2.  Rape or Corrupted Government (all over the world)

3.  Murder or World Hunger

4. Natural Disasters or Baby's born with abnormalities

5. Obesity or anorexia

1. Cancer (It's easier to avoid getting AIDS)
2. Corrupted government (Affects more people than rape)
3. Murder
4. Babies born with abnormalities
5. Obesity

1. Cancer (an AIDs vaccine has been uncovered) Cancer is just terrible,it affects soo many families and is one of the leading causes of death Worldwide.

2. Corrupted Government: This is one of the reasons why 3rd world countries are soo far behind from the rest of the world. No more corrupted governments would help them move forward.

3. World Hunger: Honestly Murder is inevitable,as much as it sucks there will always be man killing man. World hunger would mean that everyone would have something to eat and no one would ever die from starvation again.

4. Natural Disasters: Babies being born with abnormalities are far less prevalent than healthy babies. I'd rather have no more natural disasters killing thousands of people and causing millions of dollars worth of destruction than having a low number of babies born with abnormalities.

5. Obesity: Both are serious health problems but obesity is much more prevalent especially in children and it significantly shortens lifespan. Call me shallow but I also feel that aesthetically speaking,being obese is not to attractive to me at all

Are we even aware of the grand scheme of things though? Until we do,we should only worry about what's going on in OUR world,Earth. Of course everything is probably insignificant in the Grand Scheme of things but we don't know anything about it.

Was mad hype until I saw the options. I'd probably make shh like magic real. Mess with the laws of physics, create p-zombies and shh. As for the list get rid of:

1. Cancer (all types) - Not only is AIDs easier to avoid all the money that was being used for cancer can be used to provide anyone who gets AIDs with the drugs needed to make it a non factor in their everyday lives.

2. Corrupted Government (all over the world) - Corruption in general is pretty underestimated in it's reach and effect. Pitting it against rape made it an easy choice.

3. Murder - No more murderers. All it takes is ppl working together to stop world hunger. With no more murder I'd think we'd be a step closer.

4. Natural Disasters - Weird either/or. I mean babies born with abnormalities is sad but no more natural disasters? C'mon that's saving millions of lives.

5. Obesity or anorexia - Keep both. Get rid of babies born with abnormalities.

for number 3 what about overpopulation? you're not concerned about that?

and people get raped everyday......alot of sad cases out there....would fixing a corrupted government help this situation?
