Or is Best Buy just trying to hang me by the balls?

Does it matter whether you buy a $15 HDMI cord or a $60 cord? I have a 4K TV if that matters. What HDMI cords are y'all rocking with?

I've always used Monoprice HDMI cables since I bought my first HDTV back in 05. They range in price from $2-50 always used the cheapest cables never had an issue.

Not so far, be it a dollar cable or 20+ bucks. Got some cheap ten pack from Amazon years ago, still got some unopened, maybe replaced one.

I worked at best buy. Don't really matter but if your doing TV mount yes and if your looking for professional viewing experience it can help. It's all 1&0's just depends what your willin to spend for optimum performance.

Would you put cheap gas in a Ferrari?

Shouldnt matter unless but if you are doing 4k or 3d etc you would probably want to go with a category 2 HDMI cable.

it's all about the build quality. all HDMIs are the same, but if the wire is cheap, be ready to have it fall apart after a month.
