http://niketalk.com/topic/194904?page=1S4L proves you clowns wrong....

As many of you already know, last year I correctly predicted how the NFC East was going to play out and now this year I will do the same. This will be the first time in a while where the division will not be competitive at all....

Washington ********=5-11 at best. McNabb is leaps and bounds better than Jason Campbell but he's still an overrated bum. How many washed-up running backs do these fools have in the backfield? Slight improvement from last year but still the bottom of the division.

Philadelphia Eagles=8-8 at best. I told everybody that Kolb was going to take over this team sooner or later, but I just don't see how this team improved in the off-season for them to be contenders.

New York Giants=9-7 at best. I told everybody Eli Manning is pathetic without Plaxico Burress and he proved me right last season. Defense was trash and Brandon Jacobs is just a fat slob back there now. They'll improve from last season but fail to make the playoffs...

Dallas Cowboys=13-3 at worst. The clear-cut best team in the division and probably the whole NFC. With Romo, Felix, Witten, Austin, and Dez, that offense will put up numbers. The Defense has improved and the only thing stopping us is injuries.

Well folks, the Cowboys will run through this division like its nothing and focus on our Super Bowl run. Might not be that exciting to watch, but every division game not involving the Cowboys should be a back and forth battle....

Cowboys will be the team to beat. Their offense is disgusting. 13-3 isn't a stretch by any means. Just gotta see if whatever momentum they have in the regular season will carry over to the playoffs.

Skins...they'll do better than 5 wins. I'm a little nervous about the transition to the 3-4, but this team has had one (statistically) one of the best defenses in the NFL for the past couple of seasons.

Eagles....there's a TON of pressure on Kolb. We'll see if this gamble will pay off in trusting him to take over. He's got one of the best young WR's in the game at his side, so we'll see what happens.

Giants...Eli. I've never had much faith in the guy, and I think he's one of the most overrated players in the NFL. I can see them going 8-8 again or being 7-9...

my predictions:

Cowboys 12-4
Giants 8-8
******** 8-8
Eagles 7-9

I'm no Giants fan, but Eli failed?... he was the lone bright spot on that whole team last year.

Cowboys will win the division, but after them I don't think it's clear cut. I could really see Philly surprising everyone and winning 10 or 11 games, Kolb played well in his small bit of playing time last year. More than any other factor Philly's schedule will be the biggest obstacle. We got screwed at the end of the season yet again with Dallas twice, NYG and Minnesota

Cowboys - ON PAPER year in and year out there one of the best in the conference. I don't see any glaring weakness on this team, but we'll see if Miles can repeat from last season and how long Roy will still have a job. I see them going 12-4

******** - yall got my boy McNabb and I'll nevEr root for the Skins ever but I hope he does well.... buuuuuut behind that O-line, and with those bum receivers he's a lame duck. 8-8 at best

Giants - I really think they are on the downswing, sure they'll beat the bad teams just like last year but once they play +.500 teams they'll get exposed. Who's left on their defense btw? 9-7

Eagles - take it with a grain of salt cuz they're my team but I think we're winning 10 games this year. We only took a step back in the QB department and that's only because Kolb has no experience, all other positions on the team I think we're good IF HEALTHY. If the L's pile up tho, I can't wait to see Vick starting again. 10-6

Here's hoping you're right again.

Vick will be starting halfway through the season. Can't wait to see Dez burn Nate Allen

And I think Nicks breaks out this year.

Cowboys - The offense is too good to NOT finish first. With all the options they have at WR and the three-headed backfield coming back (Choice should be the starter, Barber the red zone back) they might have a chance at being a #2 seed behind NO.

Giants - Most people here are going to say Eli is overrated (see above), but the man threw for 4,000 yards with unproven receivers. Give him a red-zone threat (hopefully Barden will get that chance this year) and let the defense get back to what it does best and a wild-card is not out of the question.

Washington - Hate McNabb as a Giants fan, but he is a gamer and will bring this team back to respectability. The reason they won't make the playoffs is on the other side of the ball.

Philly - I like Kolb, but he's a couple of years away. This year will be spent developing a rapport with his receivers. The backfield is also an issue, but I think McCoy will step into Westbrook's shoes nicely.

cowboys - i understand the cowboys being the favs in the division, but 13-3???? have you taken a look at who the nfc east has to play this year outside the divisional games???
(how about i help you out.. ON TOP of its division games, dallas plays the vikings, saints, colts, packers, cardinals, texans and titans)

eagles - i don't think we will be bad this year, but we will have some growing pains.. combined with a tough schedule.. soo i would be happy with a 9 win season considering how young our team is on offense and defense.. i just want to make sure we make teams like the colts earn their Ws against us and then in the 2011 season we're ready to make moves

giants - i think it all comes down to injuries.. but i don't see more than 9/10 wins for this team

******** - i still see them being the worst team in the division.. no O-line and no recievers, it's not going to end well for mcnabb (TRUST ME.. i know).. i hope dude does well, but the beating he is going to take behind that O-line, the ******** better have whoever the backup is ready.. the best i can see this team doing is 6 wins

Cowboys will run through the division huh?
I hope for y'all's sake winning the division actually equates to something where it really matters this season... 3 POINTS A PLAYOFF GAME. LOL.

So instead of the famed "haven't won a playoff game in over a decade" it'll be that they only scored 3 points against Minny. Great.

manning had great numbers this year and was injured for most of it....

Eli falied? best statistical season of his career with unknown receivers and he failed?
laugh.gif
Cowboys will not go 13-3, They will lose to Giants once I promise you.

This is the season that's gon make or break Wade and Garrett and see whether they keep a job. Romo need to get the craw out his +%* and step up and stop playin like a @!++@ in clutch moments. The 3-headed monster in the backfield is def gon be a problem if they can all stay healthy. I'm glad Choice is comin into his own. Barber still the muscle and Felix the cat,
pimp.gif
him and Choice can tire out the D and let Barber put the nails in the coffin. Roy and Crayton should alternate, Put Miles in the Slot and Dez the 1 receiver, should be a problem. We lost Flozell but maybe that's addition by subtraction ala T.O.

It's always something... Last time I check NO won the SB not the Vikes though... I think they need a NFC north thread to discuss how they will get past the Packers...

On subject....

Cowboys will win the divison... I think we will go 12-4. As stated above Tony has so many options out there on offense and our run game will be excellent with the three headed monster. I believe our defense will be stronger but I'm really anxious to see how Ball works out playing safety.

As far as the rest of the divison I don't see anyone being better than 9-7 and that might be pushing it...

This dude is a homer first and foremost, and is a clear Giants hater for his absurd comments.

I understand you are a Cowboys fan and you think you are a know it all now because of last season but you need to relax and put on some glasses because apparently what you saw was different that anyone else.

1. Cowboys - yea they are the favorite in this division and have a tremendous offense but lets not jump the gun. Who knows if Miles Austin can put together a season like he did last, most of his production was from those 200 yard performances in 2 games I believe. Roy Williams sucks and everyone knows it, Dez is a guy a lot of people are saying is the real deal and expect him to be the #2 WR. That's alot of pressure for a young kid, and Jason Witten is a beast. The running game needs to stay healthy and after last year MBIII needs to prove he can bounce back from the injury. And if we know anything it's that the NFC East battle each other and you will lose a couple games in the division alone. Lets look at the Cowboys tough games that will be hard to win or WILL lose. Week 6 @Minnesota is a loss, Week 9 @Green Bay is a loss and Week 10 @ the Giants is a loss. That's 3 losses already, they play New Orleans on Thanksgiving and Indy THE WEEK AFTER!!! Thats a ridiculous schedule, even if they beat the Giants twice this year with the games listed they lose 4 games. Then you know what happens, crazy plays and somehow they lose to the Skins one game and the Eagles can take them down in their house because of the nature of the game. People are verrrrrrry high on the Cowboys without being realistic, the schedule in front of them is very tough. I'd say at best 12-4, probably 11-5.

2. Giants - to say Eli is a bum and he sucked last year is a clear act of hate, and I guess that's fine but don't let it blind you. Eli threw for 4,000 yards last year with a bunch of young kids and no "clear cut #1" with Plax gone. The running game for the Giants last year was beyond terrible and the amount of injuries they had on defense it was surprising they didn't lose more games. With Kenny Phillips, Aaron Ross healthy the defense will be improved. Osi and Tuck healthy + a new D coordinator in Perry Fuel the Giants are predicated on their health. Lets not forget they added Antrel Rolle and if Keith Bulluck can stay healthy he could be a good replacement for Pierce. This year the Giants have alot to prove and they have a bunch of ? but Eli is the real deal and people need to stop discrediting him. I got the Giants at 10-6 this year factoring in 2 losses to the Cowboys, 1 to Philly, and 3 to Green Bay, Indy, Minnesota.

3. ******** - Calling Donovan a bum is just stupid, the guy has a hell of an arm and took the Eagles to the Super Bowl and NFC Championships...yes he didn't win but he isn't a bad QB. Philly fans hate him for dumb reasons but he doesn't suck. The ******** on the other hand are weird, new coach, new QB and A TON OF OLD +$+ RUNNING BACKS. Their defense should be ok but they have no WR threats and I don't see much success for them. 7-9 at best.

4. Eagles - I'm not buying the Eagles with Kolb, I think the one that will hate this move and suffer from it the most is Desean Jackson. The eagles are old on defense and just don't scare anyone anymore. I think they are slowly entering a rebuilding mode as the ******** should be instead of loading the team with washed up players. Eagles will go 8-8 and everyone will call for Andy Reid to be fired.

Win one playoff game and now Dallas is headed to the Super Bowl
ohwell.gif

I hear this story EVERY YEAR
laugh.gif

Too bad Dallas still doesn't have a secondary or o-line but they'll win the division barring injury of course

And 5-11 Really? One thing I will say is The ******** WILL NOT be last in the division

Cowboys
Eagles
Skins
G-Men

Cowboys make playoffs
Cowboys do the usual and loose before NFC champ game.

The NFC East is just lucky they don't have to play the Chargers again this season.

You guys are trippin thinking the ******** are gonna lose games this year.
You all do know who their coach is right?

fixed.  Although I'm not too sure on how I feel about this season yet, at least there's no more of that doubt I usually have.  I know it's not always 100% McNabb's fault, but still

I'm taking a huge cautious approach into this season...of course, hoping for the best.

1. Cowboys 12-4 (barring injuries, this is the team to beat in the nfc)
2. Giants 11-5 ( i expect them to rebound after last seasons implosion, they usually overachieve when they have low expectations too)
3. ******** 10-6 (yes i'm serious, slap me if you want if i look stupid for this pick later)
4. Eagles 8-8 (8-8 due to the divison, kolb will struggle early but look good late in the season)

Doug Free will be adequate enough at LT.  You do know that the Cowboys much maligned O-Line gave up the same number of sacks that the Vikings line did (who some consider the best in the league).
