What does life mean to you? If you had to give a definition as to what life is what would it be? As for me, I think life is defined by how we as individuals live it. But the whole idea about living life (ie. going to work, going to school, learning, eating, showering, etc.) just seams weird to me.

Life is about love and creation. We're all here to love and assist each other. From the smallest living organism to the giants beneath the sea. We are all here for each other.

All that stuff you listed btw isn't life, that's all conditional stuff that's been implanted as the norm. The true norm is smiling, laughing, and living in peace and unity with everything around you.

life is life bruh.  live it, enjoy it to the fullest.  trying to find the deeper meaning is only doing a disservice to yourself and those that came before and will come after you.  many great philosophers have consumed their lives trying to find, 'the meaning behind it all,' and they've all pretty much come to the consensus that there IS no meaning beyond enjoying the time you have.

I think the way life is setup is sucky but it's either get hip to it or get left in the dirt.

man.. its mothers day.. aint got time to be thinking about this stuff

Life is nothing, til you make something out of it. It's an unwritten book, one possesses the pen.

To love, create meaningful relationships with others, and to find your purpose.

People only think about stuff like this when they're depressed/not happy with life. Go get some yambs or something :lol

To be honest, at this point in my life it just seems like life is a string of punishments and circumstances with the aim of destroying you, and that it's all about forcing your will upon all those whirlwinds and storms and fighting and generally experiencing that scene in 300 where they're all on that ship just screaming at the sky.

You make decisions, and constantly have to decide which of your own fingers you must break or sever in order to loosen the clutch of your own hand over your throat. Then once in a while you decide not to cut off a finger. Maybe instead you'll help someone with their fingers. Maybe instead you'll swallow some spit and savor a few second's rest from fighting, but then you realized that now the grip is only tighter and now your nails are digging into your jugular vein.

Then maybe, after you've gnawed off your right hand, you can use the left to dig yourself out of the grave you've been lying in the whole time. And after all that maybe you're digging and scratching and reaching and kicking will lead to your fist finally punching into air, with a few desperate gasps filling your lungs and your eyes able to see a night sky brighter than anything you've ever seen in your life.

Unfortunately, that only happens if you're lucky. Most people simply choke to death by their own hand.

As i get older I feel like i'm learning that this is life.

Life is simply to be experienced nothing more, nothing less. You're not in control of life. It's all about how you react to your experiences, that's the "free will" which you have totally control. So next time you're having a bad day, just simply realize that you're only experiencing. Let go, positive and negative.
