Local seller of (possibly) fake Nikes and Jordans

First off, I want to greet everyone as this is my first post on here.
Lately, I've been looking to buy me some new Jordans, and as I was wandering through the www.olx.com site of my country I came across a seller who is offering a wide array of all kinds of sneakers and basketball gear, including Jordans. At a first glance he doesn't seem to be selling fake shoes, as the prices are hefty, but still 20-30% less than in official stores. Here is the link to his profile:

The site isn't in English, but it shouldn't be too hard to navigate through it, and the only important thing is that 1USD=1.6KM (the currency listed for the items on the previous link). I tried spotting fake ones, but couldn't find any cues. Perhaps the community could help me out, and give hints on how to spot the fake ones from the previous link. Thanks.

the fact that every pair of shoes are the same price and that he is selling yeezys for less than a pair of Jordan's or nikes is red flag number two yeezys are very expensive.

UPDATE:


I questioned the seller by sending a DM to his site on Facebook, and he tells me that the shoes and clothing he sells is being made from the same materials as the original ones and also in the same factories based in Vietnam and China. However, I don't get how Nike or other brands would let that happen in their factories. At least he's open about the products being fake. Peace out.

Ofcourse they are fake, so many clues in his listings/profile even Stevie Wonder would be able to tell.
