I'm all for Byron helpin us tank, really, I am......
But him screwing with DLo is concerning. BIG time. Play well, or not well, or whatever, Kobe is dying out there, and he keeps ripping Russell to the bench every five minutes, that is not a good look.

That said, I am happy Byron has gone to Black at C over Bass. That's one adjustment I'm happy to see him make.

Not sure it's an adjustment he wanted to make as opposed to an adjustment for the sake of adjustment. So when they continue to stink, he can absolve himself of responsibility and say "See I tried different things."

Tarik has been an excellent find. He needs more PT as well, see what he can do.
Black, Nance, Brown, DLo, Clark, Randle, Hibbert majority of the minutes please.
Use Nick/Lou here and there with Kelly as well. (foul trouble, injuries, etc)
Kobe, Metta, Huertas, Bass should play fewer and fewer minutes as the season goes along.

A couple of things...
Getting Kobe to cut toward the basket off the ball will get him plenty of easy looks.
Russell has looked good on defense, and great on offense.
1st pass entry pass into the post is such a stupid start to a set, especially considering the frequency we did it. Yes Randle is great passing out of the post, Hibbert is decent at it. But with the frequency we do it, it really limits what you can do on offense. Might as well make your first pass to the corner, if you're going to be stupid about your offense. But in the 2nd, we went away from it a bit.
But our best play was when we brought it up the wing passed it around, then got it into the post to Randle. Clarkson cut to the basket, which froze the other 3 Nets defenders, Kobe immediately trails his cut, gets an easy step on Johnson and gets the easy Layup.
