I got the first 2 formulas working 
First one is =B6*(100%+$C$4)
Second one is =(B6*$D$4)+B6
Won't let me copy formulas over, saying that its a circular piffmas

You have to change the B6 in the second formula to C6, I think.

Try (C6*SD$4)+B6.
