Reads like an ego problem which is common in organizations and groups. Not everyone wants to move at the same speed or same pace and everyone has a different idea/way to tackle the same problem. Fine, but it reads like too many cooks in the kitchen. One person feels slighted despite the fact that everyone has good intentions and the right heart in place.

That's part of the point and problem brother is that there are too many questions and not everyone is getting answers and or together on the same page. They create more division going about it through social media and attacking one another's character versus addressing the issue together as a group in a forum or formal setting. (Why nothing ever gets done in this country aka politics as usual.)
