Cleveland has the luxury to do it, I don't understand the Rams though

they moved a bunch of picks to get Goff and have to pay a bunch of players next year

You gotta remember Percy was considered an MVP candidate that last season with the Vikings. He was pretty dominant. But yes, I agree Odell is way superior and doesn't need the offense sculpted around him.
