as far as filing a claim with Paypal is done. i opened a dispute and once the seller to declineded a return or refund

I messed up and closed it thinking that ebay would start a claim(this is my first time doing this) but soon discussed with a rep stating that they cannot reopen the case.

Good look on the heads willing to help. and they ones willing to ride i got lunch for yall
