1. I think it depends on what kinda music you wanna play. all I know is a couple of chords.
2. I got me a starter package for about $150. Electric and an amp.
3. Don't know
4. You can but it won't be that audible.
5. tabs are pretty easy to play. I can't read a note of sheet music.
