On NT? You don't wanna know. I expected certain NTers in here to cosign and try to justify this kind of behavior.
Certain black women had a hand in allowing this ignorance to be equated with "blackness". I don't believe all "black" women act like this.

I agree with what she's sayin except I don't see it as a racial thing.
A lot of women in general think they're "independent" and "strong" nowadays when in actuality they really aren't. Women that are constantly declaring how "independent" and "strong" they are are probably trying to convince themselves more than anyone else.
Most lack a strong state of mind ie. the ability to be resilient during hard times and in difficult situations, so they overcompensate for that shortcoming by being boorish and having an abrasive attitude to try and portray themselves as "strong" when they're really weak mentally.

Stong Black Woman and Loud Black %@@%%!@ are often connected because of the 1 or 2 minor similarities they share. While both will not hesitate to put you in your place if need be, a stong black woman will be a lady above all else. A Loud Black %@@%%!@ no so much.
