3. Intimidation and the threat of violence are often more than sufficient in causing people to hand over their property. In the Air Jordan XI robbery thread you also found so very amusing, was it the case that the shoes were physically TORN from the hands of each victim? If the shoes were handed over willingly by victims in a clear state of duress, does that not count as robbery?
