Looking for a Jay-z/Nas song vol. Someone out there knows!

I had this song on an old computer of mine, and can no longer find it. It had verses by Jay-Z and Nas, over (if I remember right) a Beatles song. I know itwas just something somebody put together, but I had never heard the verses anywhere else. The only line I can remember right now was one of Jays, saying"America, land of the free, America, land of opportunity..." ANYONE out there know what song I'm talking about? Or at least the verse this isfrom? Help me out NT.

Thats it! And I'm guilty on the mixup, but in my own defense, I havent actually heard this song in at least 4 years.� I thought I rememberedit being Jay, and thats why I figured it was a mashup of seperate verses.� Good looks either way.
