In the trailer for this movie(1980s) this guy has these nice shoes. I think they are old converse but im not really sure.

What shoe brand and model is this and what kind of style is the midsole?

i think they might be converse but what is the model where it has those front and back pieces on the toe and heal part in the original pictures?

Because of that heel I doubt they are Chucks, unless they are some European boot version from the late 70's (the movie is from Germany and it was filmed late 70's through 80's).

My guess is they are some Euro high top sneaker brand modeled after Chuck style. What that brand is you will have to research vintage names. You also might want to watch the scene and pause it to adjust your screen or take adjusted screen shots to get the details darker.
