Creativity and delivery were off the charts.

A lot of youngsters have no clue who the real Ludacris was as an artist.

A lot of people like to discredit him for whatever reason, but dude was a PROBLEM when he still relied on his 16's to feed his fam.

Prime Luda was so good. Definitely appreciated that he could get down like that and be one of the top southern artists at the time. I knew a little after Chicken and Beer that the Luda I was a fan of was gone forever, and only pops up every once and awhile (like on some of Release Therapy, and the majority of Theater of The Mind). He's not the same anymore, but you can't expect him to be the same 10 years later, and he doesn't have to be either. He's basically Jay-Z on a small scale. He's pretty much set for life.

Back For The First Time, Word of Mouf, and Release Therapy will always stay in rotation. And before he's brought up, even though T.I. has a better/more consistent overall catalog, Luda >>>>> T.I. all day.

Yea I was a luda fan back in the day...I used to get mad hype as soon as I heard "we drop bows on em"..I remember going to the car show in Cleveland back in 2000 and this song was on repeat the way there and back haha....& ho was the anthem as well

I sound like a regular person with a humble opinion. I'm well aware of these facts, that doesnt change the fact that I think that YOUNG JEEZY IS A BETTER RAPPER THAN THEM. Thats completly opinionated and I'm not parading it around as fact. I'm not going to let their record sales and the like sway my opinions of whether or not I think theyre nice or not. This goes beyond what you said here cause I know dont like me at all, but this is the 4th time the last two weeks that I've had a differing opinion that has just been dismissed simply because its different. I'm really not understanding the logic, not everyone thinks and feels the same, if I think Young Jeezy is better than Ludacris and T.I what is the issue? I dont think the Weeknd is good at all. Calling someone who does something at a very high level that you likely can/do not "over rated" is humble? OK.

You didn't say you thought Jeezy was a better rapper at first. You said "the best ATL rapper of that era always was Young Jeezy."

Those are 2 very different things. You made a bold statement. And now you're backpedaling. Just because you use a term like "humble opinion" doesn't make it so.

It was never about the sales entirely. I said they can rap circles around Jeezy. Of course that's an opinion, but one I would find hard to debate. Add the sales. The magnitude of their respective careers.

I can't see how Jeezy was "always" the "best" rapper in ATL. Please note how I am also not suggesting any one person was "always" the "best" either.
