LUNARGLIDE 5 JULY '13 RELEASE

Those marathon 5s are out at Fleet Feet on N Wells and the new running store on Damen. Interestingly enough, Nike Store didn't have them, though the whole non-Jordan part of the ground level was rebuilt for marathon apparel.

they need to start coming out with better colorways with the cheetah pattern

I'm just gonna skip this year. The fade color ways suck, cheetah prints aren't my cup of tea and solid uppers feel like it's a 4.5 besides my 4s still have a lot of life left so I'm just gonna wait for the 6 as it's a different shoe altogether.

Terribly disappointed with the Chicago Marathons still would love to own last years

ordered the Loden Shield a few days ago. very interested to receive and test them out soon. :)

i'm really considering making a diamond shield id after seeing this picture

Just placed an order, these look great.

Some Timberland-esque laces would look DOPE on those. 8o

Sadly Nike had to change up the look of the Chi marathons. These sat every year in the flag CW. Picked up the 4s for $65.

Someone mentioned in the Lebron XI thread that Nike has some excellent runners. I'm flat footed and saw this was one of their "stability" shoes.

I currently use a Brooks Beast to run (3+ miles). Wanted to know how these perform and if they're comfortable. Again, Im Flat footed.

Being from the Bay and living in SF, these were a must.

I'll agree that Nike has some excellent running shoes. If you want their best "stability" shoe, I'd look at the Vomero or LunarEclipse. Personally, I have pretty high arches, and I suppinate, so I prefer the Lunaracer series, specifically the 3s.

The glide is on the lower end of support/correctiveness. The eclipse and structure are considerably more stable.
