Mac OSX help

i'm trying to get safari on an alternate user account i made, it only shows up as a question mark icon in the dock. Searched extensively to try and findwhat to do but the only thing it said was to trash the question mark icon and pull up safari in applications. Only thing is, it's not in my applications. Iwas then told to search for it in the finder window-still no safari. ny help?

Try re-installing Safari.

but how do i do that when the account doesn't have ny way to connect to the internet to begin with

check your applications folder, if its there launch it from there and move that icon to the dock. if its not there, log on to the other user and find where thesafari app is and put it back in the applications folder.
