ii saw this at my school- the college sent a representative to talk about themselves ( i don't even remember what the college was) but they showed this andother clips like it. I believe it was made there it was some sort of art college and they were stressing that art doesn't just have to be paintings andsuch.

Exact same thing happened to my school, some lady from the seattle art institute showed this clip and was like look at all the cool things you can do blah blahblah

i go to the art institute of Houston and students make videos like this. Not sure what programs they use because its not my major.
