Anyone every thought about it? I'm kind of bent on using it because my potential profession of entertaining, but it seems like a pit of women with income. What's your take?

Really waiting for a WorldStar Social Network to drop really.

You could be onto something maybe even turn it into a business venture.

You wanna hook up with women in your profession or other professions that have wealthy women?

You wanna get your foot in the door or your jamb in a yamb?

Just trying to better understand where you're coming from.

If dudes are scalping for women on LinkedIn, they'll take whatever they can get.

I just looked through linkedin and was amazed by how many of the people I graduated with now have titles related to social media. Like there job is to post on social media sites and blog/tweet about the company. I guess that's where the marketing is primarily done these days. Such a lack of diversity and creativity. "oh well we'll just advertise on facebook, twitter, instagram, etc..." :{ :x

I agree. It's free advertisement so companies figure why not. It's all about how you utilize those tools to make you different. I've seen a couple of food trucks that travel through the city use it in a good way. It's cool for smaller companies to get their names out there.

This whole big bidness stuff though...

I was at a conference and the PR Director of BP said something awesome about the approach of businesses to social media: "it's like s.e.x. to teenagers. you don't know what it is, or how to do it, but you feel like everyone is doing it, so you need to do it too"

People do actually mack on LinkedIn. Every social network has it going on like that.

This could just end bad if you get blown up and everyone sees

I can't imagine my boss calling me in "so Chris we need to talk about that incident on LinkedIn"

like my boy tom haverford said. " Everyday I start by hitting up Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram. Sometimes, I like to throw in LinkedIn, for the professional shawties"
