Depends on the type of player you are. I strictly play offline and do the Franchise mode. I've been having a hard time finding sliders that fit my play style though. I typically don't like messing with sliders but All Madden makes the game unplayable as I'm looking for an authentic NFL game and All Pro is just too easy; which is no different than the last several Maddens.
I think there are some positives in this game. I feel like you can actually get a good running game going and passing generally feels ok. Playing D against the CPU is hit or miss depending on how dumb the CPU plays. But overall I feel like there's no authenticity to Madden 25. I don't really feel like I'm playing with Gronk when I use the Patriots because Pettigrew on the Lions feels the same. When going against a defense, I don't feel like I need to stay away from Revis and I may not even realize he's on the field. For the most part, unless you see the stats pop up for tackles, you really can't tell who was just in on that last defensive series. Same goes for running backs. There's no differentiation in play styles I feel like.
Also, I feel like the animations are poorly done. I hate seeing a running back run full speed at a DB and they go into an animation where the RB is stopped in his tracks and they both just kind of fall to the ground.
