^^^Slowly but surely bro. This is just how Phil has always been, treated Andrew the same, treated jordan the same, and JCritt has to go through it as well. Hejust doesn't give rookies a load of PT unless its necessary (injuries, suspensions etc.)

Im sure Phil recognizes JCritts talents though, it could be part of the reason we got rid of cookie and evans, to free up some room for him on the bench. Buteveryone knows the kid has some game, he just needs to sit and watch a lil because the triangle is a real complex system to learn. Im sure he will be finethough, look for him to be getting a nice decent amount of minutes towards the playoff push (12-17)... and probably even more next season
