Mall Rental Rates

hey guys,

im planning to start a small business in the PI and was wondering what the usual/typical mall rental rates are in manila?

i thinking about sm, ayala, robinsons malls, or even in greenhills.

rents wll run up from 40,000 for like a very small space.. like 10 sqm or something or even less... other than that... they take a cartain percaentage out ofyour total sales other than the rent... the bigger the space it gets more expensive... if you want a kiosk.... its aroung 20,000 plus plsu... but they malldesices where to put you and if the business you have is in the range of the mall... and also there a 6 to 12 months waiting time if theres no vacancy...
