He didnt have a good job, and paying child support for 4 kids would've been more expensive if he got a divorce so he ended up staying w/ her.
That's why I hate the state of Illinois, and any other such state that has these types of laws in place. Seriously. And all the other statesthat us Fathers are still in the middle of one of the biggest class action lawsuits that nobody has ever heard about.Originally Posted by RocAFellaYall
depends all on law of the state.......some states if you sign the birth certificate, you're screwed no matter what the DNA test comes out like....I think they have modified this a little to where it only applies to children born before a certain year

In some states that is the state of the law. I remember writing a paper in my second year of law school on this topic and I know that in Oklahoma if the guy doesn't contest paternity within 2 years of the child's birth then he is the child's father.Originally Posted by TraSoul82
I'll play devil's advocate. Dude waited WAAAAAAAAAAYYY too long for a DNA test. Once you accept responsibility for for the upbringing of children, you have to care for them until adulthood. As President Palmer would say: "That's AllState's Stand."
nah, the males are just as eff'ed up as the females. they are all trained to hate fathers equally. they have screwed me from the start maleor female judge.Originally Posted by LB510
