Why do people make offers when they have no intention of buying?

-guy offers
- I accept offer
-Guy never pays or responds to PM's

I don't get what is going through these people's minds. Is this the norm now where people just pretend they are gonna buy something to make themselves feel better? This actually happened a lot but I decided to make a thread about it and see what your guys's opinions are in this situation.

NT marketplace is the worst. I love NT though. But you'll find that if you sell on eBay it's almost just as bad with shoes. It's always some 15 year old who bid with their parents account without having money.

Yeah but fees are outrageous. I'm just more careful with what I buy these days and make sure it's something I keep and wear for the long run.

Also asking for more pics when i have more than enough pics up gets annoying
