I love how when white kids do ishhh like this, it's because they're "discovering themselves" and/or trying trying to get in touch with who they truly are.

Let some Black--Latino--Asian (in certain instances) kids do this, and you'll see both the school and the community passing ordinances that prohibit them from congregating anywhere, in addition to barring them from wearing the "gang-like" clothing they identify with as a group.
