Methods to shrink tshirts?

I googled but didnt get the answers I need. Also, I dont really want to soak/dry because, I dont want the design to fade. Can anyone shed some light? Thanks!

Wash/dry inside out, problem solved. It's not going to fade after only one wash/dry anyway.

Word? So my black tees wont fade if i turn them inside out ?

wash hot and then dry hot. thats the only way you are shrinking a shirt unless you get it tailored.

That's true. But, I find that shirts tend to get shorter but not much narrower which isn't a very good look.

He's talking about a design on a shirt, not the shirt itself.
