metro pcs?

anybody got this new phone service? thinking about getting it. how is it? do they check your credit? any info would be helpful thanks!

You can only use it in your metro area. If you want service outside the state lines its extra.
The service drops calls A LOT. Uses Sprint towers
No credit check, you don't even have to show I.D.

new? hahah ghettro has been around in the bay for at least 5 years if my memory serves me correctly. As said, service is not reliable at all, probably costsabout 45 or so I think to get nationwide unlimited, voice mail and text.

562 beat me to it. Sprint Sero is where im going. I have an SK2 on T-Mobile now so it cant be any worse than this POS. At $50/mo for 1250 min + unlimitedeverything else, cant be beat.

^ i havent yet but I'm probably going to roll by the Sprint store today to check some out. The one thing I do like about my SK3 is the larger keypadbecause I have sausage fingers and its tough to text on the smaller keyboards. A few of my friends got the Treo or the Mogul and you either need fingernails orlittle birdlike fingers to deftly maneuver that keypad. Im thinking of maybe the Moto Q 9c. My girl has the original Q and its not terribly small.

anyone know how the sprint service is? im gonna get the MOTO Q. right now i have the sorry#%%* katana 1 and i can't even get a call out, im guessing theproblem is my phone? hopefully.
