MMA Training In DMV

Been interested in MMA for awhile now. I just wanted to know if anyone knew of any good schools in the urea ? Looking more for weight loss then actualtechnique at the moment.

Not really looking for one of those"cobra Ki" type places right now. Really looking for alternative then just running on a treadmill all day.
