any you cats know where you can train for MMA i know lakeridge in vallejo but other that no clue help NT

I wouldnt waste my time there though, if you are serious you can go to SF Fairtex, or one of the Gracie schools (not sure if there is still one in Concord.)

Also there are some in SAC.

fight and fitness is probably the best place to train at, and probably one of the cheapest in the bay for what u get.
