. i mean Havoc has always done his thing with thebeats...before and after this album....but the production on this album...with the gritty, jazzy, almost mesmerizing beats...

they both came correct with the lyrics....even though these 2 lil dudes cant hurt %%+% listening to them just makes you feel like damn these dudes will shoot adude quick....plus it gets you in a certain mindstate...you guys know what im talking about

Big Noyd on Give Up The Goods. ah man...YOU ASK CAN I RIP IT CONSTANTLY? MENTALLY? DEFINITELY!...

but anyways...album is a classic hands down...i seriously doubt anyone can argue against that...if you disagree you either never listened to this album or aM-O-B-B hater...
 
Shook Ones Pt II is in the top 5 for greatest rap songs in the history of earth.

Incredible album. But I don't think Havoc did all the beats. Q Tip did something on there.

But that much hollow #%@! talk is not my thing. I'm just not buying it from those cats. I still find it funny that Mobb Deep, of all groups, made the song"Shook Ones". Oh......the irony.

Now way the greatest Hip Hop album. Go back and find you the classics kids.

EXCELLENT album, and a definite classic. The greatest ever though? HELLS NO.

And like illphil, I too hate the fact that these 2 midgets have been exposed as Massengils on the regular. When this album dropped I thought these dudes werethe hardest out. Of
course now I know better.

All that said, it takes nothing away from the music. Still a damn classic.
 
It's a great album, and I STILL bump it.....

but how can you say it's better than Illmatic???

The best part is P's intro tho. "All yall talking that outta space @#$%......"

Amazing album, its crazy how I can throw this album on today, and still lose my mind. Straight gutter, I mean nothing pretty about it. Dark, deep, youthfulignorance, heartless, brilliant album. Its hard to believe that the same guys making music today made this album.
