I dont get the gassing up of the 2014 movie. Mediocre at best. Very forgettable

no ones gassing up 2014, its good for first viewing for the build up but its boring on multiple viewings

98 film just isn't godzilla, simple as that, its a giant monster film and if they didn't call it godzilla no one would bat an eye, might as well call it cloverfield

but overall the movie was also bad and calling it godzilla just made it worse, its pretty much the equivalent of white washing monsters,

'98 joint was a product of the times and has aged terribly. It was mediocre back then. The Diddy+Led Zeppelin joint got more press than the movie.

I'll agree with you that the '14 joint was pretty forgettable too. They were promoting Walter White heavy and he might've had about 10 minutes of screen time at best.

Theirs a more complete 20 second trailer that shows it too. You see his face and he appears to be powered up. I doubt he melts like he did against Destroyah though
