I remember watching Boys Don't Cry on IFC. I was in tears when they shot and killed Brandon Teena and the others.

Another movie was "What's Eating Gilbert Grape". When the mother died in the fire, I was done.

Edit: In "Ray" when the little brother drowned

"Crash" when I thought the little girl was shot.

"Losing Isiah" when they took Isiah away.
