Moving BACK to New York vol. FINALLY (New York NTers step in)

After 9 long years of living in the DMV, I'm moving back to New York for college. Can some New York NTers share 
the best Mom and Pop stores for Kicks, Fitteds, Snapbacks, Games, etc? Preferably in Queens but any borough is fine.
