MP4 Video Editor?

For all you video editors out there, can anyone recommend a good free MP4 video editor?  Looking just to trim videos and not lose any quality. (for Windows)

Depends... are you just looking to do one or two, or multiple videos over time? I use Corel VideoPro and it works pretty well for trimming & adding graphics. It's only about $40 too.  Otherwise, Windows Movie Maker should suffice if you can stand the interface.
