if you go to a chinese resturant and ask for mumbo sauce, they should have it but it won't be as good as the one in DC apparently

HoChi by Howard has the best mumbo sauce I have had but I stopped going there once I asked the lady at the front what was in the mumbo sauce. She looked at me like I was the devil.

recently left the DMV and this is one of the things i miss most.
On another note me and my boy were plotting on bbq'ing a bird marinated in mumbo sauce then basting it with mumbo sauce while on the grill and once done cooking. eating that fowl with mumbo sauce #PROFIT!!!.... never got to it. but i still think about it to this day.... :sad

Not at all. Guess it depends where you go but I've never had mambo sauce that was all that spicy. Closest thing to it is Sweet and Sour sauce but it's much more than that.
