Nope, just insisting that Beyonce aint write em so how can u compare? If she aint write her number one hits then why give her the credit for em?

I think its pretty well assumed that Beyonce does not write and papa knowles has been known to pay off "co-writers" to solely have beyonce in thecredits...

^It's also well assumed from your post that you're pretty misinformed on this topic. Honestly, they shouldn't be compared in the first placebecause they do two completely different styles of music. A lot of people don't give Beyonce her credit as a musician because they are unaware of hercredentials. You don't and can't become ASCAP songwriter of the year in 2001 with ghostwriters (first black woman and second woman period to win thishonor). Beyonce is responsible for writing many of Destinys Child's hits as well as on her first album. At this point in her career, she's become lessof a lyrical writer and more of an arranger and melody writer. For example, irreplaceable was a country record written by Ne-yo that Beyonce changed thearrangement for and personalized a few words. She didn't lyrically write anything, but her contribution no doubt helped to make the song what it is.
Solange is super dope, and her writing style is very unique. Her latest album still gets a lot of play from me. But to make a claim like this, you have to knowand recognize Beyonce's accomplishments to what they are, and not discredit her simply for the style of music she does. Besides just the actual writingaspect, Beyonce can musically do things with her voice that Solange couldn't ever do. Listen to a lot of her records and how simplistic the production is.Get Me Bodied does not change the entire song...yet Beyonces vocal arrangement was ******ed. She went verse hook verse hook bridge hook with no beat change.That #@%$ is filllllthy

She's past the "pop star" and "superstar" stage....She's a Music Icon....and shes only 26ish

You're just a performer, you're just Milli Vanilli, you're just a puppet used by the industry to make money and shift units.
I know Beyonce's an amazing singer, don't get me wrong, but Solange is more innovative and musically talented.
