NBA 2k9 Roster updates?

Just signed in to Xbox Live, first time for like 2 months or so.. Anyone recommend me a good version of roster update uploaded by someone? ..there's a lotto choose from.. i just want the best one out there.. (includes the latest trades and rookies)

go look in the download roster thing. cant remrmber the name of the roster though

Search for gamertag PORTLANDBLAZER2 for rosters. Heard his has been up to date.
