He establishes his left foot as his pivot as he begins the spin, but does a hopstep while spinning??

Some of these refs have huge egos. Gortat was tiptoeing with neither of his feet planted firmly down.. One ref does nothing. This other guy is on this huge ego trip.. Refs at all levels appear to do this. Just ref the game. Dont make it personal
