yea I will admit they aint hooping like they were the past 5 months.....but they got a much needed W last night....and have another opportunity Tuesday....itaint over until the balloons and confetti fall from the ceiling and they hand out that trophy...until I see that happen its not over....sorry fam yea theCeltics have shown themselves still to be the aggressor and the scrappier team but the Lakers still have a chance.
i am just tired of them not realizing that u have to play with the same energy u start out with in the 2nd half...they have lost every 3rd qtr thisseries....and pau and LO do not play well in the 2nd half of this series....smh and kobe has been looking real lost out there 2nd half as well...they need toget it together TODAY in practice or else they will be home soon

we'll see what happens now!!! the Lakers need to realize that the game is four quarters and not 2 and a half! in the NBA, teams are good for a 13-0 run!!!i think the Celts will gain some much needed energy from the boston crowd on their return back home. should prove to be a good finish to the NBA season!!!

I hope that they don't think that this was a good win because it wasn't but Pau and LO finally impressed me down the stretch. Kobe is differing a lotin the 4th which scares me but he might just be doing what he thinks is best for his team. He needs to figure out how to penetrate and get to the paint againstthis defense on a consistent basis. The Lakers haven't played well in this series (except 1st quarters in games 4 and 5) and they still find themselves inposition to win which makes me optimistic but I don't know if they can pick it up for games 6 and 7. I believe in my squad. I don't think they willlose game 6 and it would be a cold day in hell the day that i bet against Kobe Bryant in a game 7 NBA Finals situation. He's one of the greatest to everplay the game, I think he will get it done. Either way this has been a great playoffs and a great finals. Lakers are gonna be here for a while fellas, VERYYOUNG TEAM.

Amazing, I grew up watching the Celtics and never thought I would see them win a Championship, I watched some pretty bad teams just in my 21 years of beingalive.

if u play with no sense of urgency, dont hustle and play no D u cant expect to win....props to KG & co. for getting it done...the lakers have some soulsearching to do in this offseason but will be right back in the mix of things next season....i mean of course ur gonna hear bashing from folks who were fans ofteams that have BEEN home and are well tanned from all the fishing they already been doing...but its cool LOL!....the lake show made it further than anyoneexpected them to and never had a full squad....so next season should be interesting....
what the $%&* them suns gonna do next year tho HARM since u talkin? LOL! hope yall aint counting on a strong showing from the big washed up sellout. LOL!

This wasnt a good win? Yall was gettin thrashed the whole game. THE WHOOOOOOOOLE GAAAAAAME. Kobe cant do it by himself. He also needs to take more controlover the game. If you're supposed to be the best player in the league then prove it. Show us that the MVP was worth giving it to him and not Chris Paul.

After the Gasol trade, I don't think anyone was surprised that they made it to the Finals. Seems like the majority of the people picked them to win becauseof their depth, KB and Phil.
As far as the "if we were healthy...," comment, that's wack too. I feel you cause I still think if Amare and Diaw didn't get suspended lastyear, the Suns would have won the 'ship. Unfortunately, that train of thought doesn't get me anywhere. I'm much more inclined to go with the'if' in an instance like the Tyree SB catch. That was some one in a milli #%@.

First off, i'd like to say congrats to the Celtics. It has been a LONG time coming but they're back. The Celtics have a great squad. One of thegreatest defenses I have ever seen, if not the greatest. That being said I do believe the Celtics were the better team this year. They've been the best thewhole year. So congratulations to them and to all the TRUE Celtics fans, NOT the Laker haters… smh. There is a lot to take away from these finals though. Itgave a new generation a sense of what Lakers-Celtics meant back in the day which is nice. The Lakers have a very bright and promising future. Frankly, theLakers lost to a better, more aggressive, and hungrier team. We shall be back next year though and when we have an interior presence with Andrew Bynum and Pauwill have a full year with us hopefully it will be a different outcome at the end of the season. Lakers vs. Celtics Finals 2009? *knock on wood*. We have a lotof problems to address though but all in all it was good playoff experience for a VERY young team and it was a great season for the Lakers.
