Yea, that was Heisley's way of bringing in a PF that will be the best PF on our roster in terms of skill without going long term and hurtingthe teams cap situation. Plus, 30% of Randolph's contract is deferred meaning they will only have to pay him around 11.2 mil this season instead of the 16mil he's owed. He can wait and pay the rest of that 30% later, but I don't know how long he can wait.Originally Posted by franchise3

All wrapped up under the illusion that they traded for a 'PF that scores 20/10'
It was a smart move businesswise, but the jury is still out on whether or not Randolph will demolish the entire team. I just don't get why people say hewill hurt players development when its clear that no one could actually name a player who he has hurt long term. Roy did fine after he left, Gordon willprobably continue to be a good player as well. It just depends on that player's discipline and not being influenced by another guys action. And I can betany kinda money that the Clippers wouldn't have traded him away this summer if they didn't get the no.1 pick. I was looking at some Clipper boards andhalf of them didn't really want Z-Bo to leave.
