The average vertical in the NBA is 28 inches, which is not very impressive. Sure there are some freaks that have the 40+ verts, but IMO ESPN
hypes up some dunks that really just aren't that impressive. Blake Griffin has definitely had some very impressive dunks over some players,
but my man is on the top 10 every week with a dunk and some really aren't that impressive. The guy's 6'10 dunking on a 10ft hoop. Like
many NT'ers and average athletes that are 5'10 it is not impressive to be able to dunk creatively on a 9ft hoop.
Does anyone else feel like the top 10 on Sports Center is flooded with very average dunks regarding the person's actual size? I'm not even a big soccer fan, but some of the soccer plays and other sports that are in the top 10 are WAY more impressive than any dunk by a 6'5+ player.
Not being 6'5+ FTL....Yes I'm Mad
