T Mac is from Winnipeg or something....somewhere in Canada though for sure
and I thought Detlef was from an entirely different country
Kevin Burleson is in the league?

Detlef was born in Germany I believe but I know for certain he attended the University of Washington and now lives in Bellevue, WA.

Yep, Todd MacCulloch was born in Canada and attended UW. Never said he was born in WA state. Again, he moved back to WA state recently. Nowlives on Bainbridge Island per the ESPN segment that was aired about his 2nd career playing pinball.

I thought the thread was about guys from the area(not just guys that played college ball here) so thats why I made the distinction about Tmac and Det althoughI might give Det a pass cause he did play at least 1 year of HS ball here. Same with Dickau...he was born in Portland but played in Vancouver WA, althoughthats almost considered the greater Portland area....moreso than Seattle for sure.
I had no idea Burleson was ever in the league though....I thought I knew basketball.

Wow @ saying Brandon Roy & Martell Webster being the only ones that matter.

Nate Robinson and Jamal Crawford are just some examples of players that had a better season last year, and perhaps even career than Webster.
Martell has game, but the dude has been hurt and not really relevant because of that.

The future of Seattle is excites me as much, if not more, than now as well.

at this rate Martell is gonna get suit endorsements before he gets sneaker endorsements

I've never once seen him actually suit up and play.

^^^ Martell is the biggest flop lol...he shoulda went to college like a smart person instead of wasting all his potential for some quick coin.....he could havebeen really good.....

And yeah, originally my intent was to get a list of guy FROM WASHINGTON....don't really care about guys who JUST played here....anyone can go to schoolhere......

Martell isnt a flop, he's just been injured for the entire year last year.... the year before he was doing good with the blazers.

^^ Dude, Martell is a flop/bust pick for Portland....for being a 6th overall draft pick...you don't spend time in the D-League going that high, onlyaverage at best 10.7 ppg....dude is a joke in the L...I'm sorry...I got love for him being from Seattle and playin for FOH and what not....but come on...

had he gone to college for two years, he'd be a good 15-5-5 guy for Portland or some other team (since portland wouldnt have gotten that high of a pick hadhe gone to college for two years)....

Martell Webster=Flop/Bust (for now)....hopefully he proves me wrong this year......coming back from a major injury is tough....

I hope he comes back healthy and ready to play.
