Nba playoffs when does the second round start?

Does every teams need to complete the first round until the second round start even though the some matches are set?
I know, that wasn't my question tho, I'm asking in general. Does the second round start after round one or start whenever the match is set even though round one is still going on.

[quote name="DREW415"]or start whenever the match is set even though round one is still going on.[/quote] yes, Rd. 2 can start sometimes before all of the Rd. 1 teams are done. there have been days where the TV lineup will be Game 7 of a Rd. 1 game and then Game 1 of a Rd. 2 game. which, I guess technically, thats Rd. 1 being finished before round 2 starts.
