A lot of the guys will buy their own and that is probably the reason why teams like Arizona and UConn always have great kicks (great colors as well). I'm sure there are exceptions because sometimes companies will send the good players a PE or an early release like Bibby with the Foamposites at Zona and Melo at Cuse. If you watch teams like WVU and Villanova a lot of their guys will get their own and not wear the team issued stuff.

same deal with carolina. our guys receive school-issued models, but then you'll see Henson wearing flints or McDonald wearing IIs. Pretty much anything outside of the boring stuff (excepting a few hyperfuses here or there) was gotten by the players on their own (or should have been)

Kemba Walker from Uconn had the all red air jordan IIs on the other day and he wore the oly VIIs tuesday nite against rutgers...Can't seem to find any photos tho
