Need advice.....

[font='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]On 1/21/2012 I went to work. The Manager threw the deposit bag from the night before at me and "told me" to take the deposit to the bank. I quietly grabbed the deposit bag and went to the bank. When I come back I grabbed a chip and ate it. There was no customers inside the store. I once again quietly ate the chip and went to my terminal. He responds with "whats your problem?" I look at him and say "excuse me?". Than he says again "whats your problem?" . I state to him that I was going to go outside for a 10 min break. He tells me "you know what ?, I don't need you. Go home !" I walk outside and swing the door open hard. He follows me outside. While raising his hands telling me "whats your problem?" He gets within 1 foot of being in my face. I tell him he needs to back up. due to the fact the way he came at me. I felt [/font][font='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]threaten. He again tell me to "go home".[/font]

[font='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]I walk inside he continues to tell me to leave, while I'm getting my belongings. I tell him I'm getting my stuff I'm leaving. He says to me "lets go talk outside" i responded with "no, lets talk in here so the cameras can see the way your acting with me". A co worker tells us to talk in the back due to the customers being inside the store. We go to the back and he says that I'm disrespecting him. Not once did I say anything disrespectful towards him. Also not once did i make him feel threaten by getting in his face. Hes telling me he doesn't want to argue with me. I was sent home for no reason what so ever. So I'm losing money from my hours and losing commission on selling phones. [/font]

[font='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]I call my District Manager and she states that she will take care of it and talk to Thomas Kim ( Store Manager ) I asked to be transferred to another store and she states that she has no openings at the other location. I am yet to hear back from her. What do i do at this point ? i know hes gonna continue to treat me and other co workers like that. I have other emails from my co workers saying what happened at the store. [/font]

That's what I'm doing but I asked my lawyer to write it and make it look professional. I have a feeling there not gonna do anything about it though.

Sounds like you need to contact HR and let them get your dispute on paper. But one important thing is to make sure if nothing changes, you don't let it prolong to where your boss will eventually fire you as he will keep finding reasons to back up his reasons for your termination.

The thing is other employees have contacted HR and they "documented" the incident and nothing has been done that's why i wanted to get my lawyer involved. 
BTW my lawyer is my uncle

The first part seems like an exaggeration i.e. "throwing" the deposit at you. Did he really? Did you honestly just "quietly" accept the bag and take it to the bank or did you give him attitude? Sounds like the boss has it out for you... after contacting HR make sure that you document each and every correspondence you have with Mr. Kim and build a case. If you get fired, sue the company for negligence and breeding a hostile work environment.

@Doctor Demise - Yeah he literally threw the deposit at me. I have a short temper and my co workers know this and they were shocked that I just grabbed the bag and walked away. Not once did I give him attitude. He said the look on my face said it all. 

@sballday12 - Oh they know it hasn't gotten any better. that's why i got my lawyer involved. They prob look at the situation and than ignore it.

good luck. Most of these situations go ignored and I am not too sure what a lawyer could do since it was argument on both sides, unless the coworker (witness) that was there can attest to your version of the story.

Also what are you trying to get out of this? Your job back? or further compensation?

All of the employees there witnessed everything. 
what I'm trying to get is him transferred to another store or at least terminated. This isn't the first time I've reported him. I'm still currently employed, I just got sent home for the day.

    On January 21,2012 around One O’clock I arrived at Ontario Store.  As soon as I entered store, Mr. Thomas Kim threw the deposit bag on my register and told me to take the deposit to the bank (not asked). I was kind of surprised of Mr. Kim action, because I am accustomed to receiving deposit bag or any other object in a professional manner. Deposit bag should have been handed to me, but on January 21.2012 Mr. Kim chose to throw the bag at me and this action effectively amounted to insulting me. I did not react to this unprofessional act and deposited the money accordingly.

            After, I returned to store, Mr. Kim repeatedly taunted me. He got mad at me because I had a chip (2-3) in my hand while there was no customers in the store. He told me to go to back because no one was allowed to eat in the front, Although another rep had just been eating not even 10 minutes  before. I quietly ate my chip and got on my computer. Mr. Kim responded with "don't give me that look". I responded with "what look?". Than he asked again "whats your problem?". I turned around and told him that I was going to take a 10 min break. As I'm walking outside that's when he tells me to go home since he doesn't need my attitude. He followed me outside and came into my personal space and yelled "whats your problem?" I was afraid that Mr. Kim will in fact challenge me in a street brawl since that was how close he was. Therefore I walked inside the store and started to retrieve my belongings. I was not going to be goaded into a physical fight as I believe they are not in consistence with Sprint’s or WL's corporate culture, or any job for that matter, and I was appalled that he took it to that level as I have never had any manager get into my face as such. I kept my cool; however Mr. Kim was insistent upon provoking me.

         Mr. Kim repeatedly told me go home, which I complied as i was in store and gathering my belonging. Mr. Kim several times violated my personal space and came very close to my face and shouted at me that I was disrespecting him and that my attitude was out of line when i had none in fact. Mr. Kim was the one that was effectively threatening me by getting so close to my face, telling me “let’s take this outside

I agree with CaBron. You should fix the spelling, grammar and syntaax issues before you send it off. You want to look as professional as possible.

Also, leave HR out of it. They are just management goons as well. They are not on your side.

Ive had a boss just like this....

Dude would try to style on me whenever possible. Once he did the same thing where he said "just go home" then I was like thanks. He then proceeds to follow me while Im leaving screaming "Yeah go home" as if he was really kicking me out.

The next day i just talked to him calmly. I told dude how he should be respectful to others because you never know what the other person will do and that usually people that follow me screaming are a serious thread to me. I also threw in that being lonely in life did not equate disrespecting others who are there to work and nothing else (dude was 46 and living alone; reason for bad attitude)

just talk to him one time and let him know you felt disrespected..... basically tell him you will *!%% him up if he talks to you that way again but be subtle about it. dont scream
